This project blends modern retail spaces with leisure facilities to create a one-of-a-kind destination. For this project, XportBNG transformed this vision into reality, delivering a vibrant space where shopping, leisure, and culture come together in one iconic destination.

• Total Area: 20,000 square meters with underground parking for 500 cars.
• Retail Spaces: Includes international brands and a variety of price points.
• Entertainment: Features a six-lane bowling alley and a diverse food court inspired by La Felicità in Paris and Eataly in Bologna.
